Becoming a yoga teacher has been a phenomenal experience for me. It's allowed me to deepen my own practice on so many levels, to learn how to integrate yoga daily into my life, to meet so many incredible people, to continue to educate myself as an adult, to show up as my best self, to share my love of yoga ... and to teach.

Through yoga, I've tapped into my physical, mental, emotional and creative sides. I truly can't imagine my life without this practice.

When I went into yoga teacher training, I didn't AT ALL know what to expect, I just knew that I was being called to it. 200 hours later, I looked back and realized that the experience I had gone through was absolutely life changing and one of the best decisions I had ever made.

My path as a teacher has shifted and grown as I have shifted and grown, and it continues to evolve.

Fast forward to 2020, I am honored to announce that I will be co-leading Yoga Pod Westminster's upcoming 200 hour teacher training. I absolutely LOVE to teach teachers how to teach or a new modality. Stepping into this role through yoga is a dream, I can't wait to connect to this community of upcoming yoga teachers.

Our leader team is MAGIC on this one! Samantha Lawrence, Lisa Reeder and I have an incredible training in the works for you.

In Yoga Pod’s unique and refreshingly modern 200-hour Teacher Training, you will deepen your understanding of:

alignment
applied anatomy
yogic history
philosophy
the subtle energy body
practical teaching skills

You will learn from knowledgeable teachers and gain invaluable perspective on the modern and classical worlds of yoga. Upon completion of the course, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of your own personal yoga practice. You will also gain the tools necessary to teach a safe and powerful vinyasa flow yoga class. The training qualifies you for Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour registration.

Training is March 4 – May 9 with 23-29 March off for Spring Break.

Schedule is:
Wednesdays 5:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am – 5:30pm
Sundays 8:30am – 1:00pm

Our training begins in March and we still have several spots open for YOU.
