8 crystals to add to your winter solstice rituals

The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. Celebrated around the globe, the Winter Solstice represents reflection, rebirth, celebration and rituals. It's special. It's a beautiful time for refresh surrounding the change of seasons and is a very special time to learn about traditions and rituals around the planet, and infuse them into your own.
NATURE REMEMBERS WHAT WE HUMANS HAVE FORGOTTEN :
EVERY CYCLE MUST RETURN TO STILLNESS, SILENCE, THE DARK.
EVERY EXHALE REQUIRES AN INHALE.
EVERY OUTER ENDEAVOR TURNS BACK INWARD TO ITS ORIGINS, ITS CENTER AND BEGINS AGAIN.
FROM DEATH COMES NEW LIFE, AND FROM THE DARKEST NIGHT, THE NEW DAWN IS BORN.
I'm looking forward to incorporating crystals into my Winter Solstice rituals this year and I wanted to share why I'll be incorporating these specific stones.
1. SUPER SEVEN
The stone of personal ascension, Super Seven is a fusion of seven gemstones naturally occurring together : amethyst, quartz, smokey quartz, cacoxenite, rutile, goethite, lepidocrocite. It holds the properties of all 7 stones.
I'll be utilizing this during my rituals to set intentions of positivity, balance, guidance, inspiration, and calm yet active energy.

Known as a stone for awakening + manifesting, trolleite reminds me of a tropical ocean (so it aesthetically has my heart!).

A staple in most crystal collections, Amethyst is a protective stone that is often said to provide emotional healing energy.
