SELF CARE TIP #001 : 5 MIN SAVASANA
I love how effective even just 5 minutes of self care is.
It's truly magic and can change your day, well-being and perspective.
WHAT TO DO (keeping it simple & easy) :
- Find a quiet spot and 5 minutes.
- Take a few breaths to settle in and choose a personal mantra that serves you in the moment ("I am here", "I am grounded", "I am love", "I am grateful").
- Start with a really big inhale and an open mouth exhale, then let yourself get quiet. You can always come back to your mantra if your thoughts wander.
- You'll be surprised at how quickly 5 minutes go by, and how refreshed you are after they are up!
