winter solstice yin. yoga with crystals

Please note,  you MUST reserve your spot in advance by clicking below.  I'm trying a new platform for tonight's class called Moxie - you'll need to set up a FREE account (it's a simple two step process).  Please note that up to 15 attendees can be "interactive" and the rest "view only" (interactive meaning that you'll be able to have your camera on as well).  I'm very excited to try out Moxie and will definitely be looking for your feedback!

Join Jenny in an all levels, pay what you can yin yoga class to celebrate the Winter Solstice.  


We will reflect, reset and dream forward.  Bring your FAVORITE crystal to your mat if you would like!

Yin yoga is a gentle form of yoga, appropriate for any level, and the ultimate self care. In yin, we hold poses for longer amounts of time to allow gravity to take over, our parasympathetic nervous system to kick in gear, and calm in our mind and body.  It is TRULY the best hour of self care.

- Set up your area in a quiet and dim space. If you love candles, essential oils, crystals, set them up around you.
- A yoga mat is not necessary, but if you have one, unroll it.
- Have several yoga props available...blocks and bolsters if you have them, bed pillows, blankets and towels if you don't.
